Tony Reeves, author

Tony is an Australian investigative journalist of many years standing. He became interested in the crime and corruption that pervaded all levels of life during his youth, and never lost interest. He has been following the miasma of Sydney's ever-present corruption since then.

He worked as a journalist for the ABC radio and TV news, Sunday Australian, Sunday Telegraph and as a regular freelance contributor to Nation Review, all the time peeling away at the deep layers of lies that seemed to be accepted as "public information", to expose the truth of the real workings of the Australian underworld.

His reporting helped bring about the 1973-74 Moffitt Royal Commission into organised crime and the arrival in Australia of strong US Mafia interests.
